Where We Ship Veiltcg ships domestically within Canada and internationally to the United States.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Canada (Domestic):
- Bubble Mailer (No Tracking) — Available for lightweight singles and small orders. Please note: Veiltcg is not responsible for lost or damaged items shipped without tracking.
- Tracked Shipping (Orders under $150 CAD) — Shipped via Canada Post with full tracking. Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days.
- Tracked Shipping (Orders $150 CAD and over) — Complimentary tracked shipping included automatically. Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days.
United States (International):
- Tracked Shipping — Shipped via Canada Post International. Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days. Customs clearance may affect delivery times.
- Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees upon delivery.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number (if applicable). You can track your shipment via Canada Post at canadapost.ca.
Shipping Delays Veiltcg is not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Tracked shipments: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with Canada Post to file a claim.
- Untracked (bubble mailer) shipments: Veiltcg cannot be held responsible for lost packages sent without tracking. We strongly recommend selecting a tracked shipping option for higher-value orders.
